Ted Reichman is a composer/multi-instrumentalist best known for his unique synthesis of Eastern-European folk musics, pop and the avant-garde. As an accordionist, he has worked with Anthony Braxton, David Krakauer, Sam Phillips, Marc Ribot, Paul Simon, Hal Willner and many others. He composed and performed the score to the feature film "Rick" starring Bill Pullman and is now hard at work on other film projects. “Emigre,” his critically acclaimed debut album of original compositions is available on John Zorn's Tzadik label.
