Founded in November 2002, The Dušan Týnek Dance Theatre Foundation Inc. exists to support the development and presentation of work by choreographer Dušan Týnek and public performances of Dušan Týnek Dance Theatre. The Foundation is incorporated in New York State and is federally recognized as a tax-exempt 501(c)(3) publicly-supported nonprofit organization.
